Not Much to Say

I've been debating on what to say and how to say it; in order to get back into the swing of blogging again. The blogs have been sort of back of mind this last year as I took some much needed time off to reflect, focus on family and work and just figure things out.

There have been quite a few times that I've thought about posting about something or other, but never got around to it. I notice that a lot of bloggers take time off as well, either scheduled or spontaneous.

I still enjoy the blog format though. Being able to post about things that you wouldn't journal or write about to a friend necessarily keeps the creative juices flowing. Hence the title of this blog. I think that instead of having a particular focus, I'll just let this spot meander in the creative. Wanna come along?

Anyone?

Well, maybe the three precious souls out there who read my blog will come and perhaps we'll make more friends along the way. In the mean time I will share our current family passion: treasure hunting. I am reminded how much a little found object could mean by watching my children ooh and ahh over acorns, a lost bead from a necklace, pennies, orange leaves, or any other little object that catches their eye.

Using the tutorial on fabric snack bags, I added a loop and made treasure bags. Light enough so they don't weigh pants down, but sturdy and constructed so that no little treasure can escape.

Even if they get wet.

On the path...

So lovely to see you writing on your blog (from a person who hasn't touched their own blog in over a year). I look forward to seeing your creative endeavors unfold!
